How Our Service Works

The Process

After finding your desired un-lacquered brass or nickel item(s) you want hand finished head to our catalog page to select and purchase the finish you want for the amount of items you are sending us (e.g. If sending two items you'll add two finishes to the cart). Please make sure the name on the box being shipped to us is the same name on the order you placed with us. If it differs please email us at info@surfacetheory.co letting us know the name on the box(s) being shipped to us and the name on the order with us that it correlates to. If you have not found an un-lacquered item please see our suggested suppliers page for help on finding your perfect fixture.

Once we receive your item(s) our team of craftsmen will hand finish and lacquer your pieces for long lasting protection. Turn around time is 2-3 days. Once finished our team will ship your order to the desired shipping address on your order with us at Surface Theory.

We are only selling the hand patinaed finish on any fixture(s) of your choosing. Not a physical item.

Must be un-lacquered brass or nickel (see our Suggested Suppliers page for info on where to find your perfect fixture).

It is faster if you ship directly to us from supplier or place of purchase.

Turn around time is 2-3 days from when we receive your item(s).
